When Bella stumbles upon her dead sister’s diary, she sets out on a mission to find her sister’s killer, but it leads her to the wrong side of town.

And right into the path of Rocco, a loner, a bad boy, who is determined to keep her away. After all, you protect your own, and Bella certainly doesn’t belong with the likes of him.

But it’s hard to move on when you’re chained to the past, and Bella is intent on getting justice for her sister…even if it’s at the cost of her own life.

  • Good read

I thought it was well written and kept me engaged. I wanted to keep reading more after every chapter. I gave 4 stars as I being from London, I didn’t feel it captured the London feel and wasn’t able to draw my imagination from the description. However, I was still hooked! A good minor twist as well
  • Real page turner

Brilliant witty writing with a great story which will make you laugh out loud and cry tears of sadness
  • Not a soppy romance

Balance of thrill and romance is perfect. Could not put it down, as the same with all Preston’s books. Brilliant read.

Bella’s sister was killed 12 years ago, and since then Bella has pretty much put her life on hold because she wants to find the killer. Her investigations take her to the bad part of town where she meets Rocco. I love Bella she's addicted to tv and she's so sarcastic and witty, and not afraid to speak her mind. I love the banter between her and Rocco. Rocco is a fighter and at first he seems a little difficult and a bit nasty, but Bella soon wins him over. This is such a brilliant story not only is there a romance but there is a little mystery. There's many twists and I can safely say I did not see any of them coming. Reliving Fate really does take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, I went from laughing to being sat on the edge of my seat in anticipation for what was to come! Go into this one blind and be prepared for anything! Can't recommend this enough! Five stars!
